Regional Sales Manager - Reports to Director of Regional Sales

· Keep the Company needs first and always protect the best interest of the company in all aspects of the position.

Responsibilities -

- Sales - To consistently achieve all salon sales goals
· Achieves all salons Revenue goals
· Achieves all salons Club goals
· Achieves all salons LPP, SPP, and OTC goals
· Works to coach and develop team to reach all goals

Training, Development, Communication, and Follow-Thru- To train, develop, communicate, and follow-thru with all salon Sales Manager and employees to create a teamwork environment.

o Policies and Procedures
o All training information and training seminars
o Image Guidelines
o Full operation of the salon
o Monthly Sales Manager Meetings
o Reports, orders, schedules, payroll, etc
o All new employee hires
o Emergency situations (i.e. Computer, power, air conditioning, equipment down, etc.)
o To communicate and embrace all company changes, additions, new programs and ideas to all employees.
o To develop and maintain all salon Sales Managers into leaders
o To communicate and follow-thru with the Director of Regional Sales.
(successes, updates, ideas, suggestions, discrepancies, complaints, refund, etc.)
o To communicate and follow-thru with the Corporate Sales Trainer on salon training needs and personal growth.

Additional Responsibilities

· Participates in offering innovative ideas and suggestions to the company, finding a new way to increase business and eliminate unnecessary costs.

· Hiring only the best candidates for the Sales Managers position and terminating inadequate Sales Managers.

· To collect and review all reports, orders, schedules, payroll and any information from Sales Managers, and submit by due date


· To deliver and submit lotion orders, supplies, bulbs, etc to salons by due date

· Implements an organized, and effective weekly schedule to help increase sales, and develop sales managers

· Assist in the maintenance of salon equipment

Requirements -

· Required to attend all Regional meetings, and Sales Manager Meetings
· Required to attend all company functions
· Required to be on call seven days a week, 24 hours a day for all salons (Calls returned within 15 minutes of page)
· Required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Two evening shifts per week minimum. The work required to meet and exceed sales goals will typically require 60+ hours weekly.
· Required to act as a Sales Manager when a salon is without a Sales Manager
· Participates in assisting other Regional Managers when help is needed.
· Must have own transportation (i.e. car)

The “Region” is subject to change, as locations and regions are adjusted based on the needs of the organization.
